Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races Concerts 2024-2025

I really like staying and playing here. Have won a little bit of money and find the staff to be very pleasant. The Final Cut Steakhouse has very good food and great service. My only complaint is the smoking. It is just nasty and they even allow cigar smoking. This is the worst. They leave their mess all over the machines, throw their cigarette butts on the floor despite having ashtrays everywhere. I realize there are non-smoking areas but the machines there are not the newer machines (like Dragon Links, Lightening and Dollar Storms). There just seems to be a preference for the smokers here. Sorry, but us non-smokers also spend a lot of money. If you cannot go non-smoking entirely, at least get better ventilation and ban the cigar smoking.

Love this casino and have been going there for years from central Virginia. Only drawback is this is a smokers casino and non- smoking area is all the way in the back. But it’s always fun to visit even if the slots were a little too tight for my liking last time.

Great casino! My husband and I are obsessed with casinos. We were married in Las Vegas 30 some years ago. We go to Atlantic City and MGM at national harbour a lot! This was only my second time here. I have to say I really love this place! Great vibe and overall great machines and tables. Laid-back and easy-going feeling but yet very classy inside. My only downfall with this place was the food area. We went on Sunday and went to the food area about 5 PM. Tried three separate places and every time we would order pretty much anything they were out of it. Some of the food workers are a bit odd and rather rude. We were able to find something eventually. Other than that my husband won a hand pay, and I made out very well myself! I highly recommend visiting if you have not.

Best place you can be but pay attention to the times that people are winning hear the screams in the loud music indicating someone's going to win..... I would like to comment on the two drinks stations that I know they need to have services there often they are out of drinks and some people need the drinks because they have medical needs to take a pill or to have sugar in their system because they are diabetic and so forth please do better... The customer service cashier's desk excellent ladies...

I haven't been here in a few years and was pleasantly surprised at the improvements. Lots of new and popular games. Not as smokey and dark as it used to be. Ate at the Sportsbook restaurant and food was great. The in house made blue cheese for the wings was phenomenal!! Please start selling this!!! (Not joking). Salmon, asparagus, loaded potato all excellent. Will definitely make the drive back!
