Chesterfield Amphitheater Reviews

The venue was quite awesome! We made sure to eat and drink before we came there. You can have one bottle of water per person as long as it is unopened and they don't specify a size. I tried to bring in and unopened container of tea but they said no. It had to go back to the car or throw it away. Prices from the vendors were $8 for a beer, $8 for Chick-fil-A sandwich, $2 for ice cream. Everything was spaced out beautifully and you could hear everything very well. We were there to listen to Skid Roses that was opening up for the Four Horsemen. The show did not disappoint! The bathrooms were fairly clean. Everything was handicap accessible but there is a bit of a steep hill.

Cool intimate venue for music and shows. It's set up for the audience to sit in their own folding camping/beach chairs or blankets to view the event.

We had reserved seating and there didn't seem to be any bad seats in amphitheater. You can have lawn chairs and blankets. Concessions weren't bad beer prices were reasonable compared to other events. There were food trucks outside the venue once inside the gate.We stayed at a hotel near the mall and were able to walk back about a mile. Parking very close traffic seemed to move okay after the concert. Only one bathroom location and main concession stand. Satellite concessions had beverages.

This place is really awesome for an outdoor concert. There is good parking here. I did not have to walk to far from the parking lot to the amphitheater. The lawn seating in this place was very well thought out. Even sitting in a lawn seat, I could see the stage very well. Not sure how many people this place can hold, but it is a good size area. Well worth going to see a band perform here.

I have to say, overly impressed with the venue and staff. I waited too long and had to purchase tickets to a show via StubHub and was given the old bait and switch as I ordered and paid for actual seats at this venue and received general lawn admission. After wasting several hours trying to remedy the situation with said corporate scalper, I went the concert. I just had both of my knees replaced and am unable to comfortably get up and down on the grass. This was my first time here and didn't realize I could bring my own chairs (shame on me) but a very proactive and kind staffer, Andrew, took care of me when I inquired of purchasing two seats in their VIP section at the time of the show. He went way above and beyond and set me and my buddy up with two folding chairs and a spot where we thoroughly enjoyed the show! Andrew worked his magic and turned my mood around 180 degrees and gave me a great memory!! Thank you Chesterfield Amphitheater for hiring good natured helping people like Andrew!! He even followed up with me later during the show and to make sure we were having a good time. I will be back!
