Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom Concerts 2025

Very traditional but unique, Bavarian style ballroom for standing room/ general admission shows with balconies. I've seen a bunch of concerts over the past 30 years and it's still more roomy than the Riv nearby. Big capacity and not ultra crowded feeling. Don't bring in lighters or devices like vapes. Hassles.

This venue brings some big names, and the entrance is cool… and the main floor is… interesting!? It’s a unique venue decor and that feels almost Disney-esque, or like a renaissance festival? Any, beyond that, a decent concert venue. Drinks are kind of expensive, bathrooms are downstairs, the sight lines can be a little hard if you’re under the “balcony.”

The sound was set up great for a live concert, translated well with video and it sounded great with the venue and its atmosphere! Staff was great all around! They moved the entrance queue efficiently with clear directions. Any questions were answered, and if one member couldn’t be of assistance they sent you to someone they knew who would. Being ADA and getting a joint replacement they did go the extra mile, with in reason and based on specific circumstance. Only recommendation would be to have the ADA section chairs spread apart more and a more comfortable type of chair. ( they did meet all the guidelines for ADA ) VIP & Box drink service and guest service was great. Our waitress was on top of it, and super awesome! If you are able to grabbing one of the balcony box tables, that’s where it’s at. GA was having a blast, but based on attendance, if it’s packed, grab what you need beforehand or have youth on your side.

Very big and clean venue. Attended a concert here. I loved that the venue staff walked the entire waiting line hours before concert start to check ID’s and band those over 21. This saved time at the door when able to enter the venue. No real areas to sit so be prepared to stand for the entirety of the event you are attending. Loved that they had a coat check which was ran very smoothly. Quick getting coats checked and picking them up. Only complaint was that it was extremely hot during the concert. Be prepared with fluids.

Venue is a trip. It looks like a plaza in Andalucía. The sounds good and there’s a balcony. If you get lucky you can find a place to sit on the posts in the back. Plenty of space and drink vendors. Great sound
