I had only spent $19 on two drinks and the bartender over charged my card another $55 for the people next to me’s drinks/shots. She looked my way and said “oh you’re only getting those two drinks?” Implying that i was not with those other people/purchasing their drinks. I said yes only these two, expecting her to void the $55 charge she made. Nope. Never did. Really unhappy with this place and that bartender

The management here is so rude. I was yelled at for standing in the wrong spot, and even I moved, I was scolded like a child. I understand they deal with drunk people all night, but they were rude, and unprofessional, and I was compliant and moved right away, so the way they spoke to me was so unnecessary. I paid for a ticket that included discounted drinks and when I ordered the drinks on the specified menu, they took my money and didn't give me a receipt or give me change. I then asked about the prices and they wouldn't respond to me. When I ordered again, they didn't give me a receipt, and I said they over charged me, so they re charged me, and charged me twice. Don't go here if you want to pay for overpriced drinks, and wait in line for way too long.

It's a good place if you're looking to dress up, be seen, and take fun pictures. There's more people hanging out and less people dancing which is a shame because the music slaps. A small mixed drink is $20 so be ready for that. Entrance isn't on Ontario but through the side alley.

This place has the most unprofessional bouncers. My friends and I were there this past Saturday. They beat up one of my friends just because he didn't like how he looked at the bouncer. We have video footage and witnesses. A formal law suit is being filed. There's also lots of drugs in this place which makes a person feel very uncomfortable when you go into the bathroom. Everything is for sale. You name it.

While the woman at coat check didn’t want to help me when she gave me the wrong coat twice, when she called management I believe his name was Jim, he was super helpful, attentive, and understanding of my situation. When my coat had wound up in lost and found he helped me to get it back and I couldn’t be more appreciative because I was really worried when i received the wrong coat. Thank you to management for the efficient problem solving and also had a fun time besides that
