The Point Chicago Concerts 2025

Sound was good for the most part, unless songs had a lot of bass, then the rattle overtook the rest of the sound. Went for a Taylor Swift TTPD listening party and they played maybe 5 songs from the album?? Not sure why I paid $20 to hear an album they barely ended up playing. Also not sure how a $7 beer and $5 water ended up being $17, even with the 20% gratuity that they automatically include. I even gave an extra $2 because the bar staff was friendly, so all in all I paid nearly $40 for one beer, one bottle of water, and to not hear any of the songs I came to hear. Would probably only come here again if a band I liked happened to perform, would not seek this place out otherwise. Edit to add: also appeared that staff was smoking inside the venue, as there was a strong smell coming from a door that only staff were going in and out of. Place was maybe at 25-30% capacity so it obviously was not a patron.

Venue was small. Was sketchy going to the bathroom as there were dudes posted outside the door the whole time. Security guards were smoking INSIDE, but would snatch the joints from people smoking inside, just to smoke them themselves. The artists microphone would cut out during the performance and he got so upset he just left.. No encore or anything.. The real kicker...?? Walk outside and everyone's car is towed!!! NO PARKING ON THE STREET ATFER 10PM ANYWHERE!!!! $175 plus a $25 Lyft ride to the tow lot IF you happen to make it and your car is processed BEFORE midnight!! After midnight, $200!!! You'll say, "Your fault for not reading the signs!" Right?! Good luck reading the signage under the layers of stickers! You literally pay for parking, you'd think it would say, "after 10pm this is a tow away zone"... The city I'm from, after daytime parking ends, it's FREE to park downtown. We even looked up to see if there was parking on the other reviews!! "Street parking" what concert/show/bar, isn't going past 10pm?! *BEWARE DONT BRING YOUR CAR!!!*

Venue need a area for parking, waste a hour and a half searching for parking, never found a spot gave up and left didn’t even get to see the show. Pretty salty about the entire experience. Drove from out of town to see the concert.

the staff are very friendly the drinks are reasonably priced and it gets super lit in here 🕺🏽💃🏽 😎 I hope they bring the slushies back this summer!

This place is ok. Small but good size dance floor. NO parking. I ended up parking about 2 blks away. But sound system is nice, decent drinks.
