Heritage Bank Center Concerts 2026

My son-in-law reserved a suite. It was alot of fun! We were celebrating his shirt design that the team was wearing that night. The suite was spacious and clean with a private bathroom (bonus)! The view was great. I would do it again.

We were in town to see Katt Williams and the venue was nice. The seating we were in had a wonderful view of the stage but be sure before seating look on the back wall to make sure your in the CORRECT section. There were so many People sitting in their right seat number but WRONG section each section literally had the same number seats 💁🏽‍♀️ which caused hell of confusion for folks seating themselves. There is a parking lot right under the arena which was very convenient all we had to do was catch the elevator up to p2 and we were there. That specific event parking was $20, there’s food options all around the vicinity in walking distance and there was also a concession stand during the show.

The venue is fine and the seats we paid for had a great line of sight and were cushy. We took our boys to see WWE wrestling and they had a great time. It’s understandable that it takes a while to get through the doors but the purse policy is ridiculous. The allowable purse size is barely bigger than an iPhone. Listen - you are causing a real issue with half the population attending these shows. What are we supposed to do, shove tampons and pads in our back pockets and have no sense of confidentiality? It’s shameful. Additionally, when I was told my purse was too big I calmly said, “no problem. Do you have a locker I can rent to store it?” They do not. I’m willing to accommodate this newer mandate that is being rudely enforced by a boomer who probably had his wife carry everything in her purse for him, but you can’t expect to have us walk back over the bridge to put it in our car where it could very likely be stolen. I’ll accommodate you if you make accommodations as well. Let’s compromise. At an event with small children who are out of diapers but are still messy little humans, it’s nice to be able to bring wet wipes and an extra pair of undies . Where do you suggest I put these things? Additionally, the tampon machine was not stocked and there was a real issue for a young lady on the restroom. No doubt she missed half the show dealing with the inconvenience. You can’t take purses away from women - we are carrying important things for the entire family. Shame on you Heritage Bank Center. Women need their purses. Its exclusionary. You can’t exclude females when 25% of our live, we are actively bleeding. If your rules are going to be so stringent, you need the flexibility to offer amenities that are easy to access. I didn’t buy these tickets, my husband did but when I have the choice of where we attend the next venue, I’m willing to drive the same distance to either Lexington, Louisville, or even Indianapolis if our show is at Heritage.

First time visiting Heritage Bank Center for Monster Jam... and I must say well staffed who were very helpful and pleasant. Arena (in and out) were very clean. Great job to management and staff for keeping it safe and clean. I am looking forward to future events.

Heritage Bank Center was a wonderful venue to view a concert! The sound was tremendous, the staff very nice and helpful! Parking I suggest east side parking structure it's connected to the center. Had a tremendous evening with Andrea Bocelli!
