Merriweather Post Pavilion Concerts 2025

I stopped by here during off-season because of Geocaching. The artwork is fascinating. There's a lot of construction going on, so I didn't really see the signs, but one gentleman showed me how to look at a sculpture, and then move around and see what it actually was. Amazing! Nice trail to walk around through it and cute. Picnic tables for a short break. I'm not sure where the parking is, because I actually parked in a little bit a lot on the grounds. Cannot imagine that holds enough for a concert. But now I've been here, I think I might have to come back for one of those concerts. Easily accessible to everyone.

This would be a 5-star review if they had better food and at normal prices! Been going to this venue for a number of years now going to the M3 Music Festival. The venue is quite nice. The rotating stage is fantastic and should be the norm at all venues! The lawn great! Again, this is a great venue - the food is just OK and both the food and drinks are way overpriced. HOWEVER, there is free parking AND you can bring in your own food!

Love this venue. Good layout always quick in and out. Parking is great, and its very easy to get to the venue from multiple roads. The sound is great. It's always crowded at the concerts I go to, but plenty of concession stands. i dont get lawn tickets, but it always looks fun up there to me. I think it's more of a community party or watching it on the TVs together feel. I just like this venue better than a lot in the DMV. Please clean up after yourself when done. Great venue for outdoor concert. Plenty parking, vendors close by and you can seat on the lawn ( bring your lawn chair) or dance in the pit. Awesome concert from Zac brown band.

The walk through for New Years Eve was so awesome. They had hot chocolate vendors and food vendors and although the tickets were booked a younf lady still let us through to see the fireworks. It was a huge blessing. I tried to give her money but she refused, even offered to buy her hot chocolate. It was a great time, we bundled up and walked the path of lights to the lawn and watched the display of pyrotechnics! Awesome! We'll be back next year and I'll make sure I get our tickets early next time.
