Stir Concert Cove-Harrah's Council Bluffs Casino & Hotel Concerts

The staff was very helpful and nice location is fine.Parking was fine.The casino itself sucked, it was almost like it was rigged in the casino's favor big time. At our worst losses ever at this casino in their sister site horseshoe casino. It didn't matter which machine was played nor whether the bet was high we lost. It was my first time going there and I cannot say it was a pleasure other than the friendly staff.

We decided to stay here for the Dustin Lynch concert. I thought it would be convenient but it was extremely disappointing. Check in is 3 we initially arrived an hour before and our room wasn’t ready yet, so we played in the casino. The casino its self is small and the drinks are expensive and weak. After about 2 hours of play we went back to check in and our room still wasn’t ready, it was now 345. Staff really didn’t think this was too big of a deal and we were told that we’d have to wait longer. We eventually got a room after going back to the desk a 3rd time. When we arrived to our 500$ a night room we found a lazily made bed and stained walls. Extremely disappointed with this casino. Caesars should be embarrassed to have this property in their portfolio.

Clean rooms, nice clean casino. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Only draw back, if your restaurant signage says, closes at 10 pm then close at 10 pm not 20 minutes early at 9:40 just do you can get out early! If you want to do that change the sign! Other than that this is a nice place to go for a staycation with someone special. Very clean and the food at the restaurant in the lobby is delicious! Rooms are clean beds are comfy and it's well kept! I didn't think this would be a very good place to bring your kids though as there's not allot for kids to do here. Be careful and don't lose all your money!

Do not stay here if you have high standards with Caesars, the rooms are absolutely disgusting. I was moved to my third room and there were toenail clippings on the nightstand. The first room had hair everywhere, including pet hair and smell like cigarette. Hair on the toilet. I have over 30 pictures which I cannot post for some reason. Second room all the doors filthy, refrigerator dirty. I don’t think they own a vacuum in this hotel and elevators are disgusting. This is my first day staying here. I had high expectations. I hope the restaurants don’t disappoint me. I stayed at their competition casino/hotel down the road last month and the rooms were clean. I didn’t have to move rooms. So far the casino floor is the cleanest thing I’ve seen. I will not return. The manager Sandy was nice.

Been going here for years when I stop through the area on business. Gamble way too much but have always had free rooms but now they're offering 16 dollars off. What a joke, I'll give my money to one the other casinos right by you that actually appreciate their customers
