South Side Ballroom Concerts 2024-2025

We saw Gareth Emery here on Sat. and the venue was great. I can't comment on parking as we stayed at The Canvas hotel and just walked there. No real wait at the bars, temperature was good, sound was great, not deafening.

Great venue. If you don’t get there in time for parking, you’re gonna have to drive up the street. The parking lot was $20, we ended up having to park about a 5 minute walk up the road which was free so it worked out. We were right up front in the crowd and could feel the cool air almost the whole time which I really appreciated. Some venues get overly heated

I've loved every bash I've hit up at South Side Ballroom. Gilly's knocks it out of the park every time with our big crew, and that sound system? Unreal. The lights, lasers, fog machines—everything sets the stage for a fabulous Kiki! 🎉🔊✨

I have been to 15 concerts in the DFW area, and this is by far the worst venue I've been to. Everything is unorganized, the sound is unbalanced, and the stage is too short for how big the venue is. You can't see at all unless you're in the first 3-4 rows, and even that view is limited with people's phones in the air. Please note the picture of Conan Gray with the red background, I had to stand on the bar railing and raise my phone over my head to take it, I still couldn't see but hey, I got a picture and he sounded good... too bad I wanted to actually see him. Don't even get me started on security. Both times I've been here, everything was a mess. Both times, doors opened a half hour late on behalf of security with little explanation, therefore the acts were late too. Getting inside is less of a moving-in-line experience, and more of a stampede, "run for your life" experience. Cars coming at us, security screaming at us, and everyone running and pushing trying to pile into the doors. Very unpleasant experience. The artists I saw (Conan Gray in March 2022, and Maneskin in December 2022) were great, but I'm not doing THAT again. I have purposefully avoided buying concert tickets for artists I like if I find out they are performing here. It's a shame...

First time here for the Oliver Tree show, and man was it great! I applaude the staff for getting people in the audience help as they needed, with water and assistance. Overall great atmosphere and an amazing show!
