Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach Concerts

My husband and I had a great stay here. Paul who worked nights at the front desk was beyond friendly and helpful. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The room was clean and comfortable, we stayed during a music festival but never heard others when we were in our room. The pool staff was amazing and attentive, I didn’t catch her name but she was on top of everything and very personable. We got food and drinks at the pool which was nice. I loved being right on the beach so you can go down to the sand or just hang out at the pool and watch the dolphins. Only advice I would give is to pay attention to parking, it’s directly across the street from the hotel, totally didn’t notice that when we were checking in at night but the valet was also very friendly and pointed us in the right direction. I’m used to going places and not having 100% on point customer service (honestly I think that’s normal and fine by me) but it was noticeable how kind all the staff are here.

Facility is nice but really just average for the beach. The view and pool area are very nice and pool side is basically on the beach. Parking is tricky. Valet service for $20.00 or you can self park across the street and get a parking receipt that needs to be paid for at the front desk. Prime rib with roasted potatoes was tender and tasty. Had a great time.

What an amazing stay! From the minute I arrived, I was treated like royalty. Kris and Jeff in Sessions were AMAZING and Paula was AWESOME for hooking us up with GREAT seats to the concert on Friday night. The room we stayed in was spotless and the property itself was very clean. There is non-stop entertainment and we never had to leave the hotel for anything. Definitely recommended and we will be back!!! Great views and great times!!

First time staying at a Hard Rock Hotel and the experience was good. You can't beat the location, right on the beach. The pool area is really nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The place just smelled nice which seems to be challenging for beach front hotels. The prices for it's location and amenities is unbeatable. My only negatives are the bar and the coffee shop. The staff at the coffee shop didn't seem to really know how to make good coffee. We went there daily for 4 days and anything other than a plain cup of coffee was just poorly made. About the bar, one of the bartenders was kinda rude and even though it wasn't busy he let you know he'd get to you when he was good and ready - he was busy chatting with a co-worker. Also he made my old fashioned the lazy way for a nice place it was a lousy drink.

First time staying here was great during Jeep Beach weekend. Awesome customer service and everyone is super friendly. I enjoyed the spa, pool, the concerts, shop, the bars, and my room right by the ocean. I really want to thank Ashley at the rock shop who outstanding service when I came down to buy items. I do thank the valet for taking care of my jeep during the entire event. I'll definitely will be returning next year and staying at the nights again with HardRock Hotel next Jeep Beach. Thank you for all your wonderful staff.
