I had a wonderful experience. The shape and layout of this venue is an incredible design....so that standing audience can be in the front, while also giving handicapped and paid audience to have choices of upstairs seating or sitting downstairs, which still had a good view. Then, people with standard tickets can still stand behind them, still having great view. They had two food Booths, as well as a large beer/wine counter. I would recommend this venue to others!

Good sound. The floor sucks to see the stage unless you are tall. Tickets for seats are worth it. Good selection of canned beer & and a few cocktails. 4 bars in the lobby and 4 bars in the theater. Needs more bathrooms. No merch was on sale. Basic hot dogs & nachos for sale. Sound is good but not loud enough in the back.

Attended a concert here, nice venue. Mostly general admission seating (standing) with limited balcony seating. Acoustics are very nice. Parking is what you expect for a concert event with a $15 charge.

Nice venue with decent viewpoints and sound. Were I to come again (and I will) I'd upgrade to a balcony seat to get a better scene than the main floor which can be general admission or seated with a people-obstructed view (no qualms if that's your vibe). Posted time is when the show begins. Doors open an hour prior. If you want front rows for general admission I would get there two hours ahead (hour in line outside, inside for an hour before the show). Was here in early November so the AC wasn't "like a meat locker" as I've heard. I suspect they blast the AC in the summer months. Food is meh (hot dogs and nachos) are ala movie-theater prices (~$15-20). Their bars (maybe four?) are mostly beer in tall cans (~$15-22 per) and their main bar, not a full bar mind you (just vodka and tequila), is high-end pricey (2x Grey Goose vodka and Red Bulls, doubles [2x single oz pours], ran $58. They gotcha by the cajones here. Restrooms after the show were packed and had lines out the door so plan a visit ahead of time. Merch tables had long lines but fairly efficient with, on this night, four attendants. Add a couple more and there would have been more sales (I thought I'd get a poster after the show but the line was bonkers). One thing I did notice was that the layout is pretty convoluted, not a basic rectilinear layout. Access points were narrow (two-doors wide), limited, and made me wonder how egress would go if there were a stage fire. Don't bring anything except yourself and a card for paying for parking ($15, card preferred) and incidentals.

Attended a Royal Blood concert at The Sound and had an incredible time. The venue exuded a fantastic nightclub atmosphere, setting the perfect vibe. There’s liquor available at multiple spots, ensuring easy access. The bathrooms were well-maintained, which is always a plus at events like these. The parking area was spacious, and for an additional $30 USD, there’s a VIP parking area with its own facilities. The place is equipped with numerous TVs, making it convenient if you want to step out to the outdoor seating area without missing any of the live action. The music reverberated through the entire venue, creating an immersive experience from any spot you chose. Overall, a great venue for live music events with ample amenities and a vibrant atmosphere.
