Comedy Works Downtown Concerts

This comedy club is simply unparalleled. With consistently top-tier comedians and stellar shows, in my opinion it’s the best in the country. The staff's genuine passion for creating a fun experience shines through, making each visit a delight. I've been a loyal patron for years, attending shows almost monthly, and I can't sing its praises enough. I absolutely adore this club.

I’ve been going to shows at the downtown Comedy Works for over ten years. It is, by far, the best club in Denver and one of the best in North America. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing amazing rising comedians as well as the biggest veterans in the business. The staff is outstanding! They promote a respectful and friendly atmosphere while deterring rude, disruptive patrons. It is an absolute privilege to experience live comedy at Denver Comedy Works.

Definitely enjoyed this comedy lounge, the staff is extremely efficient and everything is super well organized. The food is good and so are the drinks. The check in process is easy and they also validate parking - park in the writers square garage, otherwise parking is tough with all the construction and the fact that it's downtown. I don't love their chairs, they can make long shows a bit uncomfortable and some rows are difficult to get in and out of depending on where you are but they really make efficient use of the space. Recommend catching a show here for sure. Some shows (maybe all?) They give you a bag to lock up your phone so make sure you silence it because you'll need to leave the room and have an attendant unlock it for you if you need to use it. There's also a 2 item minimum during the show so you'll likely end up spending, minimally, an additional $20 on food and drinks while you're there.

LOVE every experience I've had at Comedy Works! I love the downtown location the best, as it feels more intimate, but both locations are amazing. I've purchased over 40 tickets for shows and have had the best experience every time. The wait staff and hosts are always wonderful and kind (2 item minimum per person). I've worked with the manager, Ashley, a couple of times, and she is absolutely phenomenal and helpful. They always bring in top tier comedians - even going to someone you've never heard of is a great experience knowing they made it to Comedy Works. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience - this is the best place to go with friends, a date night, or a staple Denver spot to bring out of town visitors. My favorite weekend activity is ALWAYS Comedy Works.

Decided to stop by Comedy Works during a visit to Denver and was able to catch Lil Rel. Nice show and nice venue. Seating is tight and there is always the two drink/entree minimum which is standard at all comedy venues. No complaints here.
