Lauridsen Amphitheater at Water Works Park Concerts

A great place to watch a concert. They could use signs to point your direction out of the park to Fleur Dr. or etc. Also, they could open the gates up to let people out. It was crazy to only have two small sections of gates opened up to let you out of the amphitheatre.

I did not enjoy the concert experience here. The only way to see anything at all was if you had paid extra for VIP. Not cool. The music was too quiet and the GA crowd was awful... I don't want to hear people nonstop chatting about their job/golf game while I'm trying to hear the band play. We had to move to the back just to hear/see anything and then the stage was tiny. Parking is a scam. $4 for a can of soda. I won't be back to this venue. One extra star for friendly event staff. Wow do I miss Nitefall and Simon Estes. A slope for all to see is a beautiful thing.

We saw the band Cake here last night. They were amazing. This oark is beautiful as well.

Terrible layout and parking is ridiculous. Pay 10$ and walk a mile dodging cars trying to leave. Completely short on staff causing huge back ups. Stage and sound is good. However, they need to go back to the drawing board on how to properly manage entry and exit.

Sound has been drastically improved compared to years past. This venue still has tons of room for improvement. Parking is a bit chaotic and not well organized, and it’s cash only to pay for parking. The venue is not the best layout as it’s entirely flat with no slope to provide a viewing angle if you aren’t right up front.
