Wooly's Concerts 2024-2025

Came here recently for a 90's cover band! Have been here for metal shows, emo night, and K-Pop night and had a great time, every time! The sound has been pretty decent every time I've gone. The bar can get kind of busy but other than that, it's a great venue. Ticket prices and drink prices seem fair. Great place for date night or a night out with friends! There's almost always something going on!

Woolys is hands down the best venue in Des Moines. Located in the historic East Village, Woolys has that old rock club feel. Intimate shows with plenty of room. Woolys books the best entertainment. The bartenders and door staff are friendly, kind, and quick. The sound engineering is incredible. I've been to at least 40 shows hear and have always been impressed. Stop for a slice at up down after the show.

GREAT VENUE! Nicotine dolls were just fabulous! They are very attentive to the crowd. The VIP Meet and Greet was Stupendious! Sam, Abel, John, and Merril. We're thoughtful, warm, and treated us like we mattered! They did not hurry or rush us through the line they even asked if I'd like them to sign my shirt! I didn't ask because they had already signed 2 posters for me! I didn't want to be a pest, but I was touched that they cared enough to DIRTY UP MY NICOTINE DOLLS TSHIRT!! I said YES! PLEASE!! DIRTY IT UP FOR ME! HEHEH! AMAZING GROUP OF GENTLEMEN!! Perfect Venue to hold such a perfect concert! Thank you, WOOLY'S!!

Great venue beautiful night great location near the Capitol Ray Wiley Hubbard and Luke were fantastic.

Love this venue however, last night was disappointing. Three friends paid $100 for a high top table with 4 seats, we've done this many times in the past. When they arrived they had to pay another $100 each to get in being told they didn't have tickets. Not sure what the situation was but YIKES! I'd call this false advertising. Staff is always nice but the boxed water is 👎🏼 & they don't offer gluten free beer.
