Incredible, beautiful, modern venue nestled near the lighted bridge. The seating is raised so there is not a bad seat in the house. The seats are comfortable, roomy, and have drink holders. There are several drink bars, so they can serve quickly, the lines are not too long. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Street parking along the blocks and over the walking bridge. Easy drive over for an evening from the twin cities.

Great venue with a wonderful rotating gallery! Affordable drinks here, and a great experience overall. Spectacular addition to downtown EC ❤️ highly recommend visiting at least once! I just wish they advertised things a bit better so it is clear on what is showing or upcoming.

Great experience! We attended a John Waite show. Second section, last row, perfect seats. The acoustics were amazing, the view and the all around atmosphere were no disappointment! Parking wasn’t ideal, but a short walk never hurts.

The online ticketing app didn't work for our tickets. We were in 3rd floor balcony, ready to go into the show and had to go back to the box office on the first floor to get paper tickets to enter. The seats everywhere are too low to the ground and uncomfortable. The entire place smelled like a cheap hotel. Everything was very clean and there were great views of the river outside and the cityscape. The show was just okay but what bothered me is that the sound was directed to the main level, and there were no speakers in the balcony area. This made the show seem muffled, and at stage level which affected the crowd participation. There should be more of a surround sound, immersive experience. We kind of felt like the black sheep of the family. It was also hot up there with little air circulation. It was made worse by the seats being so low to the ground, small, and uncomfortable. We were very cramped. Not to people with large bodies, it will be very uncomfortable. Another thing to include, is that tou also need to be tolerant of pronouns use. I just feel like for the money (millions) and hype this place gets, it's very underwhelming and disappointing.

Beautiful place. Great theater and doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the place. Will definitely go watch another show here
