Arkansas Event Center Concerts 2025

This place is owned by scammers Advertised a Tpain concert for $60 a person with no mention of openers. Doors opened at 8 but we stood in line for over an hour before we got into the building. Mixed drinks were $15 and made with GREAT VALUE juice. Several openers rotated on stage from 8PM until 12:45AM!!!!! T pain finally showed up and preformed for less then 45 mins. That’s not a Tpain concert and I better get a refund from this place or their not gonna stop hearing from me or the others that they scammed.

Paid 240$ to go see TPain last weekend, got there a little after 7 waited in line for the doors to open at 8. Got in and the preshow started before 8:30. My friends and family got tired after being there for almost 5 hours listening to random local artist and not knowing when or if Tpain was going to show and decided to leave. When we tried to leave we were stopped by security and told to get back from the exit. Then we were held inside for another 15 minutes until a fight broke out and we got out. I have never been to a concert where the openers preform for more than 2 hours. It'd be nice to be compensated for our wasted time.

Paid $60 for a TPain “concert” to end up leaving by 1am because he still hadn’t shown up. The show started off decent just to go downhill with clearly very amateur artists. I am all for supporting local artists but when the crowd is chanting “TPain” over and over while they are performing, maybe it’s a sign to stop. The announcer pretty much scolded the audience for wanting TPain and went on with whatever that show was. Everyone around me looked confused as to why he wasn’t showing up. This place is a scam. I know I’m not the only customer who felt this way. My group waited around longer than most because I saw MANY people leave before we did. Very disappointing to say the least.

Lol. It has been two weeks since I have contacted for a refund on the the falsely advertised event. I have yet to hear back. Please don’t buy VIP tickets here unless you get a clear itinerary. Owning a business involves being good at communication with customers.

Absolutely hands down the best Event Center for a sorority party birthday party fraternity party etc boxing events MMA events plus the owner is a very nice guy
