Smoky Mountain Center for the Performing Arts Concerts 2024

This is such a great place for live shows. Whether it's a play like The wizard of or an up close and personal concert from one of their many musicians. The seating capacity is only 1500 so it's not like you have to deal with big crowds. The seats were fairly comfortable pretty much your standard theater going chairs. There's also a snack stand here with popcorn and goodies along with soda pop and other delightful treats. They also have a dedicated coffee bar which is really nice 🙂. The ticket price was quite reasonable. I Saw The wizard of Oz and got orchestra third row for $18. A large popcorn and large soda set me back a measly 8 bux. And I have to throw this in the production of The wizard of Oz was done quite well.

Can't say enough Good things about this place, the atmosphere, the acoustics, and the friendliness of the staff and volunteers is beyond anything I've seen in this area. Last night we saw Crystal Gayle which was an exquisite treat. I can't say enough good things about how wonderful the sound was and how exceptional the show was. This is a treat that everyone in the Atlanta and surrounding areas needs to experience.

We love going to shows here. There's no bad seats in such a large theater so you're always able to see everything going on. We've seen numerous plays, concerts and comedy shows and it's always the first place we check for new events.

Our first time here and it was great! Jeremy Camp in concert was awesome. Big enough to not feel crowded, small enough to feel personal. We thoroughly had a wonderful experience!
