FirstBank Amphitheater Reviews

Cool outdoor venue. Perfect size, gives a small venue feel in an amphitheater. Only one bathroom but never had to wait and PLENTY of beverage stands. They did this place right. Only complaint would be the merchandise needs to be improved...but that's probably on the band more than the venue I would assume.

Beautiful venue. The sound was great. The line moved quickly getting into the venue. One of the best things was the concession stand open on the outside of the venue before gates opened. That was a great idea. Of course, like every other large venue, prices for drinks and concessions are ridiculously high. I did buy a Gouda cheese and bacon burger that tasted really good. It was just expensive.

Great venue! Plenty of food choices and the layout is awesome. As many have said, getting out isn't the best and you better add 15 to 20 on your Maps ETA so ya don't miss the start of the show, assuming you are into that. People just need to read and follow the signs on lane usage and it would go faster. It ain't Bridgestone quick, but for someone that grew up in the middle of no where it ain't bad.

This venue is beautiful and there isn’t a bad seat in the house. Great food and drink options for a music venue. Walking back to the car after the show felt like walking through a beautiful park. Everything (food, merch, bathrooms) are all really close together which is nice when you need a quick bathroom break or snack. I will be buying a small stadium seat cushion (no backs allowed) for our next visit because the seats are as comfortable as you would expect. I can easily say this is now my favorite outdoor music venue I’ve been to.

First time to this venue. My review will be ups and downs. First, the downs. Parking. We paid extra for premium field parking. Upon arrival. One could point us in the right direction so we got put in general parking. After entering the venue we saw signs fornpremium field parking but it was to late to move car. Field parking was ok, if it rains it gets really muddy and slick. Most of the staff was friendly on the parking, they were working hard with a lot of people who were not all pleasant back to them. Parking gets -$60 worth of stars. The ups: most of the staff was friendly and helpful. It had rained most of the weeknleading up to the day of show and seats were dry! The venue itself is a beautiful setting adding to the atmosphere. The VIP boxes (not us) seemed a little underwhelming. Seating was really good and all views are amazing. We sat in the 300s and had a great view and sound was amazing. It was a rock concert, the first one I have ever left and did not have my ears ringing from too much sound..credit to sound engineers. The food was ok, typical for a concert venue. Signage was good and easy to navigate. Restrooms were a catastrophe but I blame the people not the venue. All in all, we had a great time, was priced well and really enjoyed the venue. Recommended if you are debating, don't debate any longer. This is worth the experience. Go into it knowing it will take a while to get out, either hang out a bit or just bring some patience. The staff did a great job getting people out and they were working very hard to shuffle thousands of people out of a tiny traffic funnel.
