The Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa Concerts 2025

The best hotel ever! The rooms are clean and the hotel smells great when you walk in! We were greeted very nicely by the staff! The ambiance outside is great for those wanting to take an evening walk. The breakfast was fantastic! Not your usual continental breakfast, this was high class. It was a buffet but you also had a personal waiter for your table. Very nice and calm breakfast area! My daughter has been talking about it since we left and we plan to make a trip back to the hotel very soon! Location is also great if you plan to go to Grandscape or anything in The Colony!

I feel like it’s rare when a hotel matches the photos online, but our room was identical to what’s advertised on their website. It was perfect for a little weekend getaway, and the price was comparable to a lower star hotel (budget friendly). My biggest complaint about hotels is the beds usually suck haha BUT this one was great! This is our second time here for a weekend getaway and it hasn’t disappointed us in the slightest.

Front desk was very nice and accommodating with questions we had throughout our stay! Room was clean and had a great view. My only complaint would be there was no dresser in the room and no suitcase stand so it was a bit annoying to have to lay my suitcase on the floor to keep my small stuff in that wasn’t hung. Housekeeping staff was great and room was tidy for the days we were there. I attended for a work trip and overall it was a great event, but there were a few bits that stuck with me I wanted to outline in the review: - Our event coordinator was a bit tough to work with. We had to ask multiple times for things, send lots of follow ups for requests and felt that she was a bit pushy on items she opted for throughout the meeting. She seemed to have a sudden change about halfway through our week and I’m not sure if someone talked to her or what, but all ended on a good note. But from a planning perspective it was a bit of a headache. - for the price of the food I was not impressed with our dinner for the event, we had steak and chicken with mashed potato’s on the side. However, the hors d’oeuvres and lunch were great! - we had a great experience with the AV staff through encore - the banquet staff also did a great job assisting us with some last minute items we needed changed or added on our conference day. Overall a beautiful hotel with clean rooms for someone looking to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Breakfast was amazing and so was the service. The hot tub was great! The pool was too cold for us but looked awesome for this summer. Our rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely recommend staying here! No complaints!

The area and resort grounds are nice, but our experiences with service and rooms were not up to par for a 4 star hotel. Be warned - the HVAC system is horrible at best (first room didn’t function and second barely blew air. Had to sleep with glass door open every night for the room to cool). Elevators take forever here. Possibly worst of all- Housekeeping will bang on your door, not announce who they are and barge into your room within 2 seconds of knocking…oh, at an unacceptable time like 8:30 in the morning too. I felt like our room was being broken into every day while we were inside. How intrusive and startling! Wanted to enjoy our stay but sadly had issues with the service and expectations of this place every day. And this is what they’ll say to any negative review…. “Please accept our sincerest apologies for the unsatisfactory experience you had during your time with us. We are truly sorry and disappointed to hear about the perception you are left with about our hotel. Please know that we do try to consistently deliver a superior guest experience. Should you ever find yourself back in town, please give us a chance to show you that our product and service can live up to your expectations.” Yeah, that won’t do anything for us…how about someone get in touch with us personally?
