The Newberry Concerts 2025

Recently hosted a surprise 30th birthday party at The Newberry. Began planning over a year ago and management and staff were fantastic throughout. They’re responsive, on top of everything, and made sure we were able to have a great time. I was SO happy with everything and would definitely recommend the Newberry as the best venue in Great Falls.

love what they are doing, the sound is not great, either the way it was built or the person running sound, could barely hear vocals at last show, could not hear lead guitar at last show. Also, the lights were shining in our faces the whole time and couldn’t even see the band. It was blinding. Stop shining the lights at the crowd, that really bothered me more than anything. I didn’t even want to stay for the whole show.

This venue needs to figure out the ventilation. It was insanely hot in there. We went to Sevendust and Static-X, and I felt the venue was not prepared for a sold out show like that. The light and sound guys are on the floor level and kept yelling at people to move because they couldn't see. They need to move them upstairs or something. There wasn't anywhere to go, it was a sold out show! Or they should have roped that area off. It felt like they were very unprepared. And the sound was pretty bad too. The venue has a lot of potential. They just need to research and expand a bit.

They do not know how to handle crowds, sound is bad and sound guys asked for people under 6 foot to move, cause they couldn't see stage,when sound is on the lower floor and not raised up. Also they could have roped it off so they could see. The venue was also so hot even the singers made comments. I think, they over sold show the bands had great energy so I will spend my money at a venue who knows how to handle a sold out show. This is after the newberry already showed they can't handle large crowds when they hosted 3 doors at voyager stadium and people who were an hour early were still waiting as candlebox was half way through there set. DO NOT SEE A SHOW HERE. Go see your favorite bands for what they charge at a better managed and set up establishment.

Love the concerts in this place and the bands they bring in are phenomenal!!! It's about time Great Falls got a venue that plays more than the fair!
