Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino Concerts 2024

I traveled to Vegas for work, and this was my first time here. Green Valley is the hotel that my company commonly uses. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay. I had a leak in my shower, and Diane assisted me in switching rooms. She was great. Tee, a server in the Lucky Penny is awesome as well. I dined there for breakfast every morning during my stay. The food was really good. The two young men that work in the Starbucks in the Food Court on the second floor were awesome. They greeted me with a smile and a great conversation every morning.

We absolutely love staying here. The rooms are large, with comfy beds and with a small fridge. The only thing I wish was better is the bathroom lighting as it is a bit dark in there. If you want to put on makeup, you have to move to a window for better lighting. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel with a great gym and pool. The grounds by the pool area are just gorgeous for strolling around or for sitting out there and having a drink.

Very clean and welcoming.. The ventilation poor for cigar and cigarette smoke. One would think with a property this new, they'd have a better system. Also, sad to see the card room and buffet gone.. Those were always a good time..

I go to green valley everyday. The people are great. The employees are wonderful. Tia pit boss is awesome. Mike pit boss is great. Russ and Eric are the best managers in the business. Pete,Leon,Gus’s,Melanie,Dave,Alberto,will,Natalie are the best dealers in craps that the state has. Great customer service and they treat me very well. Security team is top notch. Love green valley. Best play to go!!!

We've stayed here several times. The front desk and Valet are helpful. The pool is never open though. We went to this hotel because it's large airy and I don't have to deal directly with many people. The truth is I'll come back for the rooms and kind treatment.
