To start with parking was not convenient. It was hard to find the front desk when we did they had lost our reservation and then proceeded to give us a Cheaper room than we had reserved. They said rooms were first come first serve however I believe because we got a special room rate with the convention we were attending at that location. They put us in their cheap rooms. when we asked for the room, we had originally reserved They had none available the resort manager on duty was very rude and did not have any empathy to our situation. When I asked if there was any other accommodations they could afford us she wasn’t emphatic at all. So I asked if they could give us a discount and she said all she could do is give us a $50 credit towards food. Also above the front desk was a big water stain from what looked to be a water leak under one of the rooms we proceeded to the room and at first glance, it seemed to be cleaned however after observing some different things in the bathroom it is smelled of urine we realize that the floor near the toilet had not been properly washed down or cleaned later getting in the shower we found that there was soap scum in around the soap dish and was not clean as well I also found the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty and had not been refilled. There was also severe dust in the corners but unfortunately, I did not get pictures of the dust. My wife was also disappointed they do not have coffee makers in the rooms. Very few towels were available in the room. There is no extra amenities whatsoever for the amount of money they get per night and a $40 resort fee. I guarantee the value is not there. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

I was here for a conference last week and the hotel seemed very nice. I did not stay there but the people I spoke to who did said the rooms were very nice. There weren't too many table games at all and it seemed like the majority of the games were just slot machines which I don't play. The restaurants and bars were nice and the accommodations were generally good. The worst part is it's located about 20 minutes south of the southern end of the strip so it's kind of a hassle to get there.

The pool was great and so were the drinks. Plus the serve was definitely helpful when I lost my key she helped me find it and was not frurated. I like it also because the pool was very kid friendly and the people in the hotel seemed pretty nice as well!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. We didn't get the chance to utilize the pool, but I really wish we could have. (That was our own timing mistake.) The food options were exactly what we needed. We didn't gamble, but there were plenty of options for that, too. This location is just far enough away from the Strip that an Uber/Lyft didn't feel like forever. We had a gorgeous view of the Strip from our room! I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice cozy atmosphere, not an extremely big casino but a good one all the same. When I went it was overnight like 5 am and it was very calm. The dealers were welcoming. My dealer was Brian, he was very knowledgeable and helped when I needed it. Great energy with him he kept me entertained.
