The negative reviews are a bit misleading. Just went to see Mark Normand here on Saturday and this place was just fine. There are multiple levels with easy access to restrooms, and concessions. The seating is comfortable and the audio is fine. Really nothing to complain about. I recommend making sure your bathroom breaks are done before seating yourself as you will have to ask people to get up to slide in and out of the aisles that’s the only drawback. The staff were super nice and helpful in helping us find our seats. Parking garage is $10 only a short walk away.

We wanted to see the show and would have regretted it if we hadn't. That being said the actual venue was absolutely garbage. We had to leave my Mom's church in a cage outside and they couldn't find it when we left early even though we had the ticket and a description. All stairs no elevators and the walkways are dark I don't recommend anyone who has any trouble walking attempting to traverse the seats or walkways here. Once the crowd filled in we had people touching us on all sides. The show starts and we can't hear a thing they're saying but everyone around us was laughing like an old sitcom. Regardless never coming back here and I think my Mom is done with live shows all together so thanks for that. 0/10

Saw Nate Jackson here- his performance 10/10. The entrance to this venue could be bigger. Its extremely small entrance corridor makes for a congested area, people are unable to cue properly for the concession stand. Many people found themselves standing in a “line” just to get upstairs - unable to bypass the line for food/ drink

It's hard to find parking, but it's comfortable for events
