The Secret Group Concerts 2024

Went here for the comedy show, which is in a room behind the main venue. Called “The Box”. Comedian line up was good on a Saturday evening. The place is way smaller than I expected…approx 40 chairs in total and it was 30% empty. Would have enjoyed the show more if more people would attend Be aware, the seemingly cheap entry ticket ($10 in advance) will add up quick to a $50+ visit, through online ($5) fees, parking ($15) and not-so-cheap drink ($15). Nothing negative - that’s pretty common

Clean, safe and professional establishment offers top shelf comedy. Tourists love it, I come back eveytime I'm in HTX. Feature road acts and theater acts do special features at The Secret Group. The big name comedians now weekend here and they've hosted world class comedy festivals with live podcasts. Open mics are inclusive and supportive in the culture. Talent is honed and moves forth into the circuit from this mecca for laughter. Plus they put little cherries in my Shirley temple and I think that's just sweet.

This is a musical venue and comedy club. I went there on a Saturday night stand up, the comedy club is at the back and it's called "The Box". Affordable tickets, bought it online. I liked the line up, funny talented comedians. Friendly bartender. I arrived few minutes late and there was no chairs left and had to stand the whole time close to the bar which was not comfortable. I hope the managments will take note of this and provide additional chairs.
