The Alexander Concerts 2024

First off, we very much enjoyed out stay, and we would stay here again. The hotel was clean and has a fun decor. The people could not have been friendlier. It's a great location, too--on a quiet edge of downtown but within walking distance of anything downtown. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. As much as I want to give 5 stars, though, I just cannot do so. It was just a lot of little things. When we returned to our room late at night, we discovered that our TV didn't work and the mechanism to raise and lower the shade did not work. When we woke up the next morning, we discovered that our coffee maker did not work. Obviously, none of these things rise to the level of life-and-death, but it just nags at you. I recommend giving your room a thorough run-down when you arrive. We missed the breakfast service in the restaurant/bar, but Yolk is adjacent to the restaurant and -very much- worth a visit.

The Alexander was a great place to stay in downtown Indianapolis. My wife and I went for a late Valentine's weekend and we enjoyed our time. The customer service from the Valet, the Reception, Room Service, and Plat 99 staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. When we arrived we splurged on room service. It felt like the cost was expensive but, for what you get (quantity and quality) it was worth it. Breakfast at Plat 99 (restaurant/bar) inside the hotel was delicious; highly recommend the Breakfast Burrito, make sure to add bacon and cheese - hint, hint and Artist Breakfast. Everything in the hotel was artsy and contemporary. We had a nice and relaxing time. It was a great place to recharge your batteries.

The entire team was courteous and welcoming! As a GM at Marriott I am always looking for ways to improve my own Hotel. The Alexander did everything right. Rooms and property were all Excellent! Appreciate the warm hospitality! Special thanks to Courtney at the desk! Much appreciated. In addition with Kyle Valet was extremely during the check process with directions and all.

The hotel was very nice, the artwork throughout the hotel was amazing...I discovered something new all weekend. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's the perfect location, and the staff were all so wonderful.. special shout out to Taylor, food and coffee recommendations, Amazing!!!! TY..😃

My mom and I stayed here in January 2021 as we had a cheer competition in Indy. The hotel was so beautiful and the staff was excellent and friendly. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. The barista at the cafe was sweet, I loved talking to her. And we had a nice view of Indy as well. The restaurant downstairs was also amazing and the food was delicious. I loved staying here and I was so sad when we had to leave. I definitely want to be back here again someday.
