Jacksonville Public Library held in the Ann & David Hicks Auditorium Reviews

Met some gracious people today and enjoyed my brief time there.

University is beginning to open back up. Great building with admissions, one stop and campus tours. Large spacious area inside and out. CAMPUS IS BEAUTIFUL ! Everything looks new. No old facilities. Building new stuff all around campus

Beautiful facility. Extremely excited about the campus at UNF and what they have to offer the students. Many programs and perks for all who would like to attend. UNF is definitely a contender going forward. Very worth checking out and not very far away.

One Stop or Multiple Stops? This is the worst department at UNF. To shorten up a long story that is 3 months long. One Stop contacted me a few days before leaving for study abroad that they were going to put my aid on hold and charge me all the aid I had received if I didn't turn in documents by a certain time. I made multiple trips to One Stop to turn in documents. Note they do not tell you everything you will need from the beginning and you will need to come back multiple times that you are not done. You can be waiting on the phone for hours or wait in the office for hours. On average they only have two people at the front desk and sometimes will have only one person working at a time. They truly do not care for the students. To top it off, once I had finished turning all required documents and they were ready to revise my case, they lost a document I had turned it and risked me getting charged $5000+. They realized they had the documents but wouldn't guaranteed that I would not receive a late fee for their mistake. It was not until I reached out to the director of the department that everything got solved. They are full of empty promises and lies when they say that they are training more people. They said that to me in May and when I came back in July to work on my case, the wait time was twice as long so I don't think they were ever training anyone. If they know that their busiest seasons are xy and z, then why not get temporary employees just like retail stores do during the holiday season?

My son goes to school here. I would highly recommend it for new students.
