First National Bank Arena Concerts 2025

Facility was very unprepared for college graduation. The parking was unorganized and not conducive to handicap needs, bathrooms were filthy or not stocked at all, and facility staff was less than helpful.

Son graduated here this year. Daughter has graduated here as well as others we have attended. Be prepared: you cannot take a purse in, of course no weapons, and other things I can't remember. You will walk through a detector. This is in place for our safety and I do appreciate it. Plenty of security. Very kind and helpful staff. Easy access for handicap from parking to getting inside to seating. I do wish that the audience was asked to take their talking outside and mandated it though. I tried to video the part of my son walking. They ruined it with their loud obnoxious talking 2 rows behind. People in the row directly behind had enough of them as they talked loudly the ENTIRE time and asked them kindly to please keep their voices down. A man spoke up from the loud row and said, "We are a loud family." And they all only got louder. This is a once in a lifetime for us all, and they ruined the experience with their rudeness.

Awesome venue!!! All the staff are great people. They'll help in any way possible. It's also easy to get in and out of regardless the size of the event. I don't like that you have to pay for parking during big events. Would seem like they're making a nice chunk of change already, shouldn't have to charge attendees too. Other than that, my family and I love the place

Our last visit there for a concert was disappointing. They only had 1 person taking money for parking with two roads coming together. They would let 4-5 cars from one side and 1-2 from the other. It was very unorganized and took really long. Then at the door, they only had one metal detector on and one door open. The line was back across the parking lot. It took almost 40 minutes to get in once we arrived on campus. They didn't have parking passes available when I bought my ticket, but that wouldn't really matter since there is no line just for prepaids so you would still wait in line forever. They need to be more prepared and efficient. The metal detector that we went through had 4-5 people working it. There really needs to be a couple doors open at least. I can't imagine what it would be like if it was raining.
