Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum Concerts 2024-2025

First time at this venue. Was there for a concert. Parking was amazing. Parked in garage across the street. Staff was so helpful especially finding seats. The performer was a more Mellow style of music and the intimate setting was perfect for this venue. Seating is a little tight but very comfortable. Entire venue was super clean. It gets hot inside so dress light. Plenty of easy to access restrooms. Concessions are pricey but no more than anywhere else. Was a great night and the venue added to the experience.

Finally went to see another show after 20 years. So happy to see Joe Bonamassa! There is plenty of parking in 3 nearby lots. Seating was comfortable. I know the building is going on 60 years old but seemed to be in good shape. I didn't use the family bathroom so I don't know if it offered handicapped toilets. But the women's room up a flight did NOT. I WISH they had a marquee to announce the shows, but didn't see one. They sold drinks -water, soda and alcohol. LADIES CLEAR PURSES. WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER. Mine was 2 inches over with only a wallet in it and hubby HAD to take back to the car.

Saw REO ND RICK Springfield last night. The venu is great, and from a seeing perspective, all seats are terrific, but the seats are hard wood and very painful to sit on. We had to leave early as it was not good for us at all. They really need to renovate.

Spent all weekend here for a dance competition, Friday night through Sunday night. Most of the staff was very nice, but a few were very rude and strict about not allowing outside food or drinks, including water. There are no working water fountains and no tap water. The only water available is $4.50 a bottle. These kids are dancing all day and we aren’t allowed to provide them with water. The only food the snack bar has is popcorn, chips, muffins, and candy bars. I’m not sure how people are supposed to live off that for two days straight. Additionally, an older gentleman working the snack bar mocked us for using a debit card for a $2 bag of chips, at a cashless venue.

It was easily accessible and our seats were in a great location. Could have been spread out a little further so you weren't sitting on your neighbors lap but otherwise good. Bathrooms were clean and well marked.
