3/4 arena size......still large. Bring your jacket. This place is always freezing. Every seat in the house has a good view though. You will not lose your balance or feel like you will fall to your death in the "nosebleeds" either, so don't be shy purchasing one of the cheaper tickets.

Disney on Ice. First time to this event and it was terrific. The performers did such an amazing job and I enjoyed watching it. Sames Auto Arena. The building is huge and clean inside and outside.

The God Loves you Tour with Franklin Graham, Marcos Witt, Taya & Dennis Agajanian was AMAZING!!! Laredo really showed up!!! Hundreds of people responded to the call for salvation!!! God is doing something!!! Praise His name!!!

This place is horrible, there is zero maintenance here. We got 4 seats and two of them were broken. The chairs that were replacing the seats were all rusted and dirty! The floors extremely sticky to the point that it was even dangerous, The hand rails all rusted and sticky as well and let's not talk about the restrooms, the ladies restrooms were disgusting!! I don't think I'll ever come back. My tickets were really expensive to have had such a bad experience.

Show was great! BUT my problems lay with the security staff. Your website clearly states that bags must be 12x12x7 yet they werent letting bags that didn’t fit in the trays where you put your phone on to pass through the metal detector in. A lot of people had to walk in with diapers and wipes IN HAND since they were not allowed to have DIAPER BAGS. Soo..either: 1. The manager doesn’t know the policies of their own establishment 2. The manager trained the employees properly but they misunderstood or misheard 3. Policies changed and YOU need to update your website I hope this matter is resolved quickly! I actually told the employee about your website policy and they simply said to read the window…well the window only says oversized bags…is an oversized bag a bag that’s over the measurements on your website? Or what your security/manager “feels” is an oversized bag? It was very annoying having to wait in a very long line just to be told to go back and put our bag away! How are people supposed to properly prepare when policies are different from your website???
