Alexis Park Resort Concerts 2024

We booked the Monarch Deluxe Double Double Suite, which was very spacious and clean. The suite had a dining room and living room w/ dresser, TV, couch chair, (possible pullout) couch. Bedroom had 2 beds, full-length mirror, shared nightstand, and sconce lights at the bedside with USB plug-in slots. The bathroom had a deep oval tub w/ shower. The only issues were that the bathroom fan and hair dryer weren't working. You had to open the small window above the tub/shower to air out the bathroom after a shower or #2. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The suite was great. Clean and roomy. Kitchenette was amazing because we were able to cook food. Bed was comfortable. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. We definitely found our home away from home here. We will be back!

I’ve stayed here 3 times for dance competitions that were held in the convention center on site. This place has extremely horrible customer service at the front desk as well as both restaurants! Worst part is the rooms the heat and AC units are such a joke! They have remotes to control them but they don’t work and the rooms get incredibly hot so don’t plan on sleeping well! My daughters and my sled had a room and only 6 hours to get some sleep and we got less than half that because it got so hot. At 1:30 am I called the extremely rude front desk staff they sent two maintenance men that had to come into our room in the middle of the night which felt so uncomfortable and then whatever they did was only a temporary fix and it was hot again by morning keep in mind it’s also hot outside! This is not the first time I had troubles with the air in the rooms and other fellow dance families that stayed there had the same issues with no resolution as well. I definitely do not recommend staying here. I will never stay again.

I've been here to see numerous musical acts in their small showrooms. My favorite is the All Motown Show, where 5 ladies sing there hearts out. It's a lot of fun! The All Shook Up tribute to Elvis Peesley was also very cool. The sound systems are great, seating is comfortable, and it's easy to get in and out of there. And for myself, being a Las Vegas local, I appreciate that this is off the strip and less crowded and congested compared to many other entertainment venues in town.

Excellent family spot that isn’t on the strip but is close to the airport! Loved the heated pool and quietness of the place. Resort fee was reasonable and parking was free! Our room was pretty big with a table to gather around
