HARD ROCK CAFE LAS VEGAS Concerts 2024-2025

Decided to do late evening stop by, the atmosphere is nice, not too loud, good jams. They overcooked the steak, which we notified our waiter, and they brought out a fresh, properly cooked steak. The manager came out to express his sincere apology. Will happy to stop by again! Kudos to Krissy and James!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was fantastic, with rock memorabilia adorning the walls and live music creating a vibrant energy in the restaurant. Our server, Ebony, was absolutely phenomenal - she was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, with generous portion sizes and a great selection of classic American dishes. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas for a memorable dining experience. It definitely deserves a 5-star rating for its outstanding atmosphere, exceptional service, and delicious food.

If there's a Hard Rock anywhere we visit, we always pop in! For a start, you know what's on the menu, which is always good. Then you have the awesome memorabilia to look at and this one didn't disappoint, especially upstairs! I had a great chat with the manager, as he came round asking how people were and our waitress was especially good, as my autistic son was treated brilliantly by her. For the management, she's in one of the pictures. All in all, another great experience and on the way out, two t-shirts were bought!

The staff here is amazing. The seating hostess was cheerful, and proactively pointed out where the restroom is located. Our server, Mandy, was a sweetheart. She figured out I am vegetarian and offered to substitute meat with mushrooms in my burrito. And checked in often to make sure my coffee was topped up. Great ambience. All in, we had a good experience.

We've been here a few times. This, by far, was our best visit. The service was the best. The food was tasty. We've been to other Hard Rock establishments. They definitely need to take a page out of the Las Vegas location on how to treat people. We will definitely return and highly recommend it.
