Reading many of these reviews - thankfully my experience was very different, but certainly could use improvement. My partner and I attended the May 3rd Kylie show with GA tickets. Based on reading some forums, we arrived just after 6pm to get in line, which was about 15 people deep. We also had scoped out the location earlier in the day so we had a clear idea of how to find it later since signage in Vegas is usually lacking. Everyone in line was super friendly and making the best of the experience, sharing stories from other shows, etc. Overall the GA line was really organized and orderly. The line for VIP tables seemed like a mess - at some point a second “priority” line opened and we never figured out what the logic was. Venue doors opened at 8:30 and we went directly to grab a center spot on the railing and then sent someone to get drinks. If you are coming for a GA show just be prepared to come extremely early and go directly to grab a spot on the front rail as close to center as possible! Belle de Nuit started at 10pm and it was becoming clear at that point that GA was oversold. Getting back to the bar was nearly impossible - forget going to the restroom - and by the time Kylie came on and 11pm the people behind me were pressed directly to my backside. Like I’ve been to plenty of sold out shows and I’ve still had personal space - not here! I didn’t expect to spend the entire evening grinding strangers - expect to be very intimate with the people around you. Kylie was of course fantastic. Getting to see her in such a small, intimate venue was incredible and her joy and energy were infectious. Also the acoustics are spot on - not too loud, you can actually hear everything she says. She performs about half of the show out on the end of the runway - for the tables I would say the best ones are there and not the ones closer to the stage. Belle de Nuit was entertaining but I can’t imagine paying to see it on its own.

Went to Kylie yesterday and the show was amazing. The opening act was excellent, very artistic and entertaining. If you buy a table, make sure to dress nicely and they will seat you closer to the stage. We were seated right on the runway and noticed everyone on both sides was dressed in suit jackets, dresses and pant suits. The $600 table spend with only drinks, caviar or $50 ice cream to buy is ridiculous, with a $13 bottle of wine costing $300. Would not waste money on GA tickets, it was packed and you could tell not everyone could see. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience and worth the money if you can afford the table.

Came for the Kylie Minogue residency and the intimate room made the experience so memorable. We had general admission so depending on the flow of traffic, would end up in the poorly take back section. And that’s when you realize that the diminutive headliner needs a taller runway out to the audience. If you’re charging $400 for standing tickets, the venue should make the views unobstructed from every angle.

Absolutely amazing venue. I went to the Kylie residency and it was very expensive but I felt every dollar spent on the show and venue. Our waitress Jade was amazing and really made the whole evening great. Every person working had such a high level of service I was honestly shocked. The pre show was amazing. Only minus was the process of getting seated felt very messy and disorganized we had VIP and there was no clear line we where all just kinda standing around then getting herded around. For the price of the tickets and spend min they really need to sort that out but once inside 10/10. Highly recommend!

There are a lot of reviews here from people who payed for table service. As someone who in no way could afford that and was in general admission, I have to agree with a lot of what I’m reading. 1. The venue itself is gorgeous, but poorly designed. The stage is lower than the general admission area, so because of the amount of people in GA, it was really difficult to see the majority of the performance… I was 4 rows back and I’m 6’1. This was the most expensive ticket price I’ve paid to see maybe 50% of a show. 2. The drinks… I paid $25 for two 8oz waters. Enough said. 3. There was a burlesque style performance before the show that wasn’t marketed on the tickets or anywhere. It was annoying expecting a concert at 9:30, but then at 10, having an hour-and-a-half of, albeit very talented, not-Kylie performers. It would take someone who is as rare as Kylie and as talented to make me to even remotely consider coming here again.
