Chinook Winds Casino Concerts 2024

The walls are paper thin, the people next to us and above had tvs on all night (which I can hear like it's my TV) and have been awake off and on all night talking. They sound like they are in our room...The room is the size of a larger bathroom... Barely got sleep, the rooms are not even connected to the casino .. we are very disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately we won't be back. Beware if you are expecting a nice resort getaway, this is just not the case here.

Lovely place as far as casinos go. The atmosphere is nice, or would be if there didn't have to be security guards everywhere. They actually make me realize (along with the guards everywhere you go) that we no longer live in a "free" country. Just the illusion of one. Makes it hard to enjoy the otherwise relatively peaceful atmosphere of the place. Of course everything is expensive, but it's a casino in the coast, one would expect no less ..

We went to the restaurant inside for a family birthday dinner. The food was outstanding and easy on the wallet. The service was timely and professional. We aren't gamblers, so I don't know about the rest of Chinook Winds, but the decor and the gift shop were very Oregon!

I had to stand in line for 30 minutes to buy a drink. I think they only employ 2 bartenders. It's bad enough that you have to buy your own drinks when you gamble. You also need a map to find the restrooms. The only one I could find was inside the Bingo event center. I'll just go somewhere else next time.

It’s a nice casino and we’ve always enjoyed our visits. Decent affordable eats on the casino floor, try the clam chowder! We win sometimes and we have attended many shows and events. Many holidays here and the events are fun and free. I am writing to tell you all the employees are very kind and welcoming, from services to restaurants and bars. Shout out to Jon at casino bar who has been serving us for decades. Every employee should be mentioned here as customer service is exceptional. They have reduced some gaming benefits so I dropped one star but this is a great place to hang and have a little fun. Use the free shuttle on weekends.
