Best Western Premier Airport/Expo Center Hotel Concerts 2025

Loved this hotel! It was an amazing distance from Churchill Downs-- esp for an early morning (7:15am) workout tour, it was perfect. The location was also close to Old Downtown for the Old Louisville Ghost Tour! The breakfast was plentiful and had tons of options for all, and was out long enough for us to grab a quick bite before the Churchill tour and still come back for bit more after. Open 6:30-10:30 (weekdays). The pool and workout space were new and pretty well taken care of. 🏊🏼‍♀️The poolside was a bit dirty (hair and bandaids). But the water was nice and there was so much seating. And during the week day we had it almost to ourselves... Going 3 times! (At 4:30-6p and 9-10p and the next day before checkout at 2ish. We got our money's worth) 😉 The rooms were lovely, clean, neat and modern. My only challenge was that the bathroom was TINY for a family of four. We couldn't even get in and out while closing the door. Still, due to the amenities (full breakfast!) 🧇 and proximity to activities! I'd absolutely recommend this hotel! Plus it was one of the better prices (with pool and breakfast included)!

This hotel was much more than I expected. Everything was so clean. The service of all staff was AMAZING!!!! IF I would say anything negative, it's only that the pool was SO COLD!!!! Not heated at all. I would absolutely stay here again! These rooms are nice!

Paid for room (108$) when I made a reservation, and when I checked in, I was charged an additional 150$ for an "incidental deposit." That was ridiculous. However, the best part is that I was then informed that the pool was closed. This is the only reason I even rented the room in the first place!!! Before ,I had paid would have been nice or before they tied 150 of my money up for 5 days, maybe! It was a horrible experience that inhibited me from even renting a room elsewhere. I didn't use the room, and I left, having only used the restroom. Thanks, guys. Great experience!

Hotel is super clean and modern. Looks recently remodeled. All of the staff member was super friendly and acknowledged every single time we met. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Kudos to their GM. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

A made an online reservation a month in advance, and in special requests indicated that I wanted a room on the highest floor possible and far from elevators/ice/vending. I got a room on the second floor DIRECTLY across from the elevator. Tell me that wasn't on purpose... halls loud, doors slamming heavily. If I wasn't going to be out all night on a ghost hunt and not returning until 6am, I would absolutely have gone back down to the bored young lady at the desk and requested a different room. Whatever I paid for the room was too much.
