Beautiful Venue! The largest I've been too so far for outdoor concerts. Great location (next to a mall where parking is free). Love the fact you must bring a clear purse for added security. Plenty food & drink options to purchase. Seats where not tight. Just overall a nice Spot. I will return (depending on the artist). **I drove from Atlanta & it's not far but very much so worth the ride!

Love this venue! Lawn seats were very nice. Bands were enjoyable. Concessions were plentiful. Restrooms were large, clean, and well-stocked. I hope to enjoy future shows!

Y'all, this place is huge! If I were to compare it to another amphitheater of its size that I've been to near ATL, I would say it's bigger than Chastain Park. We went to opening night and had lawn tickets. We brought beach chairs. At 57,i had a hard time getting down to the ground and then getting back up. Also, there's no real framework for logical setup as far as how people decide to park their group. So it was a zigzag between blankets and people and chairs. As it got darker it became harder to see. They need more lighting up there for the larger area between the tunnel. It was very friendly though, everybody else was having the same issues. But next time we will go for the regular seats. Plenty of food and drink, bathrooms are situated in 4 corners around the stage/seating, and easily accessed from throughout the venue. The sound is spectacular! You can hear it from wherever you are and it is loud thumping, crisp. The lower section of seating (VIP and Sections 100+) are covered but the upper part and lawn is not. Parking is weird. We drove in on Mercer Univ Blvd side and wound up in the upper mall lot, which is fine. We walked down on the asphalt to get to the place, but climbed the grass on the way back. Box office is on the Eisenhower side. If you don't have tickets ready, that's the side you want to park on. We may still park over there the first show just because it seems closer than where we parked. All in, this is a beautiful venue and it rivals many in the area.

We saw Turnpike Troubadours last night and enjoyed the music, but I’ve got multiple issues with the venue itself. The food - if you’re gonna charge $15 for a grilled chicken sandwich it should have more than two bites of chicken. The lawn - the angle isn’t steep enough so my wife couldn’t even see the band at all from the top of the lawn. I’m 6’ tall and I struggled to see the lead singer at all. The curfew that wasn’t communicated to the band - they cut the sound and turned the house lights on before 11:00 and the band seemed super confused. Then it took over 20 minutes to figure it all out and by that time most of the crowd had left, too bad we heard one of our favorite songs while walking to the car. We will definitely not be back to this venue. It doesn’t seem like much thought was put into anything here. I’m giving two stars instead of one because parking and entrance into the facility were fairly simple.

Very clean. Staff was friendly and understanding. They have a designated area for quick concessions where you can get drinks and chips very quickly with an easy to use self-checkout terminal. There is also free wifi across the venue.
