The Bur Oak Concerts

The older I get the more so appreciate small event locations to listen to live music. The Bur Oak is perfect! Great acoustics in the building! Listened to Skerryvore, out of Scotland, last night! They also can be reserved for private events!

Went to see a favorite band while they were in town, cozy venue, lots of nice seating. Found a tasty brew from a local brewery, there were louder and quieter seats to suit preference. Looked like a small lot, but plenty of street parking.

Very cool spot! Intimate experience with low lighting. They have weekly open mics and some great shows daily! I saw Chris Forsyth and the Garcia Peoples. Both rocked!

Great venue! I saw Ruin Dweller, Ossuary and Tubal Cain last week, and the sound and lighting were spectacular. I hope to go there for future shows.

Gorgeous venue, unique live music, and tasty beer on tap! What more could you need? I’ll miss Ahan being in the same building, but looking forward to whatever moves in next!
