I think it's safe to say after a dozen shows at least to leave a review for King Center. We have been coming here for many years and have ALWAYS had a good experience. It's nice to have a local venue that gets great shows up the street from the house. It's definitely starting to show its age. However, that adds to the charm of rhis place for me. The volunteers here always go out of their way to help. The sound is always great, and the seating is comfortable.

First time visiting the King Center. I had an issue with my tickets (my fault, not theirs). The box office staff couldn't have been more helpful. They solved the problem quickly, professionally and with a smile. The show was in the smaller studio. Very intimate and engaging. Already making plans to go back and see a classic album band show. Highly recommend King Center.

Venue was very clean modern parking wasn't an issue finding the entrance was the GPS kept taking us in the back of the building which took us some time to find the entrance. Fairly large building during intermission they redirected us to a different building to use the restrooms that was odd. The artist was Michael W Smith amazing what an incredible talented man.

My husband and I have discovered the magic of concerts in smaller venues. This was our first time at The King Center that is located on the East Florida State College campus in Melbourne. We were there to see Kansas in concert and we were delighted with the seating, acoustics, concession service and the politness of the ushers. Overall an excellent expericence. Very nice venue.

My wife and I attended a Kansas concert here on Saturday, January 27th. We had been planning this since last year. We had never been to this venue. I ordered the tickets and vip experience with the band, then realized afterwards that the seats i bought weren't in the vip section, they were one row back. The tickets were non refundable ,but i immediately called the ticket office and explained my situation. The lady that helped me was extremely nice and went ahead and canceled those seats, and I paid the difference for the vip tickets. The week before the concert, we inquired about ticket delivery and was again kindly helped and told the tickets would be emailed 2 days prior to the event. We decided to drive over and get a look at the parking. While there, I met 3 nice ladies who guided me to where I could purchase preferred parking tickets, so I walked over and was helped by a young man who was extremely courteous. On the night of the concert we arrived early but one of the young ladies who guided us to the parking ticket area was kind enough to open the parking area for us. In conclusion, I want to say that we probably came in contact with over a dozen personnel during our experience, and I don't think I have ever encountered a kinder group of people. I can only assume that the facility manager is responsible for this, and I must pass along my kudos to that person and pass along our thanks for an amazing night!
