AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Wynwood Concerts

This is a beautiful hotel and a central location in Wynwood. I loved the aesthetic and the room was beautiful and comfortable. The front desk service was a bit of a run around. Every person we talked to provided a different answer for our issue with check-in. And even when we thought all was resolved we found out another person did something incorrect. That was definitely disappointing. When traveling for business I will say call ahead to make sure you’re good to go to avoid what we went through. It was a beautiful stay, great rooftop bar, and the food was amazing.

Had an amazing stay! The staff at the front desk were all friendly and fast! Checked in completely in about 1 minute. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures and is very very clean. The room was big and spacious and included a chair and coffee table area. I will definitely be staying here again. We enjoyed breakfast the next day using out resort credit ( $30 destination fee is used towards food and beverage). It is literally in the best location. You can walk to wynwood or take a $4 Uber to the heart of wynwood. I would definitely recommend anyone staying in the area to check this hotel out. And free self parking for Florida residents!! Finally! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The check in experience was a breeze and very pleasant. He made sure we were are room was accommodating. I enjoyed both breakfast and lunch and the restaurant staff was very friendly. And the room was extremely clean and beds very comfortable. I had very good rest during my stay. I will always consider them as first choice whenever I am in Miami.

Pros: Location is great. Daria (one of the staff) was so helpful and gave us great recommendation about parking around Miami Beach and restaurants, etc,. AC worked well and rooftop swimming and bar was great too. Cons: They charged $30 a day destination fee and didn't tell us when we checked in that we will be charged and we can use it towards food and beverage at the hotel which was very disappointing and frustrating. The beds were too soft which resulted in backaches for us. They never replenished soap, tea and coffee supplies, and water bottles during out 5 nights stay.

We spent 4 nights here, and we had a corner room that faced the road. It was very spacious, could fit 4 people in here easily. There was no noise from the street that we noticed, big windows and lots of natural light. The maids were great with cleaning the room even when I didn't leave until late morning. We did have a clicking noise in our ac... figured it might be the fan as we turned it down, and it wasn't as loud. The rooftop pool area was nice, lots of great seating options, pool was very clean and not too warm. They have a bar and food service up top so no outside food, I used my 30 dollar credit for food and a drink got the avocado tostada for 17 dollar the guacamole was fresh however instead of a tostada it was 5 tortilla chips underneath and a bit to much avocado. The staff were all very nice and made sure that they helped where they could. If you are elite, make sure to ask what your elite drink is each night. You get one free per person each night. The one thing that bothered me was I went out one day in the morning and then after lunch went up to use the pool at 2 and then was told I only had an hr as a private band was playing so they were closing the roof top because you need to pay for the event. I wouldn't have.minded if we would have had some type of notice or signage somewhere, letting us know. I would have rearranged my day... a bit frustrated when you pay and can't use the services. However, I believe the top is run by a different company, but at least a note would have been nice. Would stay here again the views up top are great and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping 10 mins away
