Eden Roc Miami Beach Concerts 2024

Great hotel for appropriate price! Located on a beach. We had amazing views to an ocean as well as to canal. Very clean. Stylish room. Great amenities, 3 pools, and plenty of chairs on a beach. Towels clean and fresh. Pool and beach side service for food and drinks. My 6 years old was able to access all the pools. Good cocktails! Restorant on a site , was overpriced for me, but food was great and unbelievable ocean views!

This hotel needs new management. If the owner were to change up management this hotel would get better ratings. This company ignores customers reviews, that are so on point. There is no excuse as to how we were treated based on the price we paid. Except for the hotel staff (except one), my experience was just awful, horrible, and humiliating. The young lady at the beach who assists with the chairs and umbrella needs to be fired. For everyone who were of ethnic background she discriminated against. Instead of sharing the correct information, she insults you and frowns. She was very rude and intolerable so we went to the Foutainebleau where they treated us much better. We could not use the amenities we paid for. Words can't explain the way I feel about my experience. I would not recommend you spend your money at this establishment.

I visited Eden Roc during November for a Business Meeting. The hotel itself was really nice. Coming in the off season, the beach was pretty much empty. Beach access is just a few steps away from the Hotel and there is an amazing boardwalk that runs down the beach. The pools looked nice and clean and could be a great spot to hang out. I unfortunately, didn’t get to experience the nice sunny weather while I was in Miami. However, the view from my room was phenomenal. The room was comfortable. I loved how the bed was setup with a view of the ocean. My only complaint was it poured rain during my stay and there was flooding on the main floor, so staff was constantly vacuuming up all the water while we were trying to conduct meetings. But that didn’t impact my overall experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow!! What an amazing stay. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by genuine smiles. The front desk team was pleasant, knowable and accommodating. The room was out of this world and the views were to die for but the true star for us from this stay was the Hotel Manager Maria, she really made our staycation special. She was kind, polite and had great attention to detail. Her team went above and beyond during our stay, and I can happily say I will be back again. Thank you to everyone for an amazing stay.

We really loved our stay here. The best part was sunrise it was so pleasing and the bed was comfy too. i loved sitting with the door open listening to the waves. The staff were whatever but we still enjoyed ourselves.
