My child was waiting to see the Nutcracker performance for a month with his school. Unfortunately, due to the completely lack of professionalism of the Miami-Dade County Auditorium staff, the whole school was not just turned away on the day of performance, but also all the dates got mixed up. They have single-handedly ruined the theatre experience for multiple schools, and I will never be returning to this facility. How can people be so ignorant, and book multiple school field trips, just to turn them away. SHAMEFUL! SO SHAMEFUL!

Really bad service, everybody had to stand in the heat for 30 min. And the management booked to many schools for one show we don't go in. You will see allot of these reviews for teachers and students.

This place is outdated but I think it has the best acoustic of all the venues in Miami.....I really wish there was many more Concerts in the Miami Dade Auditorium.....

The information in this place is the worst . I called this theater three times to ask the hours of a show and every time they told me a different thing. I decided to come at the time that the last person I talked to said. I just came to the theather with all my family for nothing. It’s very frustrating how they couldn’t get a simple and basic information right. It’s all a shame! Certainly the artists playing at the theather don’t deserve this, nor the public. You need to change your staff!
