The LOFT at Skyway Theatre Concerts 2024-2025

Love the loft. The best small venue to go see EDM shows. 3 bars, a large rooftop patio, plenty of seating and an open hangout area in the back. Just an amazing place all around to catch a smaller show.

It's a really good place for EDM shows specifically dubstep and trap. The only ridiculous part is the water is like six bucks a bottle and it's hot as a mug up there so you need a lot of water!!!

Venture is nice and always fun to see artists here. Someone Needs to talk to the sound guys though. I went to a Trap show and they had the subs basically off for most of the show. I thought they were having technical problems, but they said it was intentional. They really need to understand the importance of Bass with the different electric genres. It's like turning down the vocals at a rap show. It really killed most of the show. I felt like I was listening on a giant cellphone. You can't have a Trap show without Bass. You just can't..

Decent venue. A little confusing as how to get to the actual loft, sat down in Barfly unnecessarily because no one provided direction. Doors opened over a half hour later than advertised and people were doing drugs left and right at the actual event, no one was there to look out for it or stop people. (I'm talking weed, coke, ecstasy, some other inhalant I never identified. It was rampant)

So many shows I've attended here have been WAY too crowded/oversold. I like the venue, but should not have to deal with being packed in like sweaty sardines. The bathrooms are nasty. This place has potential, but it is just poorly ran.
