Mount Airy Casino Resort Concerts

We didn't stay here, just visited the casino. They have a nice selection of games. While they have all the new 1 cent machines (which I'm not a fan of) they also have a decent array of 25 cent machines the have real reels and the pull bar! No complimentary beverage center though. Why? They made $100 off me in an hour and I can't get a free 3oz of Sprite?

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel/casino staff were wonderful! So friendly and eager to assist if needed. Guys Restaurant was AMAZING! The food was delicious and our server Thomas was awesome! The hotel/casino is beautiful and very clean, we loved the decor throughout. Thank you for making our 21st Anniversary memorable! We will definitely come back again!

First time staying. I really think this is a beautiful place to stay and experience however when you're away on a trip or on vacation or getaway having the pool close at 8pm to me is unheard of and doesn't seem like a typical resort to stay in and relax besides the spa and casino. I think if they even had it open till 9 that would be a better time frame. Because in reality check in is at 4pm. That gives you only 4 hours from time of check in to use it that day. The pool is spacious having heated jets in the one area would make it even more enjoyable. Wish the pool was warmer the whole pool area has no fans or air flow it's very humid. My only other recommendation compared to staying even at other casino resorts standard rooms had a mini fridge was disappointed thats not offered in the rooms. The housekeeping could slightly be improved our room really needed a good dusting. From the light up shelf where they put toiletries in bathroom to the lamp shades covered in dust right next to your bed. Overall we had great service at the front desk, bellman, to buffet staff. Casino staff.

I love staying at Mount Airy Casino Resort. The best thing is the beautiful scenery!!! The next best thing is the pool is really nice and the fact that there's a bar poolside. I love that you could swim from the inside to the outside! The resort is so beautiful. There are multiple restaurants there, and the food is just ok. I love that each time I've gone there, I was able to win something at the casino, however sometimes it's hard to even sit there and play slots because the air is so thick of smoke. I really hate that people are allowed to smoke there because as a nonsmoker, it's very uncomfortable and unpleasant for me. I can't enjoy the casino because of the cigarette smoke 😒. Although the rooms were small, they were pretty nice. Oh and I didn't dare touch the fridge/ wet bar! It was way too pricey. I would've rather had a regular mini fridge to put my own drinks in. The staff were ok. I did run into one particular staff member that was extremely rude though.

We weren't happy about the ventalation. The smell of smoke really irritated our breathing. I managed to loose on the slots but was able to win more on roulette. The dealers were very nice and the tables were at a fair betting range. Food wasn't bad but overpriced for the quality. The representatives at the front desk were polite and cordial. I think we are good for a while.
