Skydeck on Broadway Concerts 2024

My friends and I came to SkyDeck for a two night run of our favorite band, and one of my friends decided to treat us to a reserved VIP table for the weekend. Night 1 was great, we were seated on the mezzanine and had easy access to a private bathroom and we were checked on frequently by our host. The second night was a COMPLETELY different story. The host reached out and told my friend that he has a “new experience” he wants us to try out, and told him we’d be seated in a partitioned off area with couches and we would still have access to the bathrooms, have drink orders taken, etc… First of all, when we were getting our wristbands, I asked if we needed the 21 + band and I was told “No, this one is good.” The one time I was actually able to order a round for my friends at one of your grossly understaffed bars, your bartender said “Ugh! You don’t have a 21 + band on!” I had to show her my ID and explain myself to her and told her I was made to believe we wouldn’t have to come to the bar in the first place. Unfortunately, this is not the only time I had to explain myself. I went for a second trip to the “private” bathroom and got yelled at by one security guy, showed him my wristband and then STILL got told I couldn’t go use that bathroom by a second security person and she tried to direct me to the main bathroom. I put my foot down and told her I was told I could use it, and she let me through. Ironically enough, as tight as the security was going up to the mezzanine, there was none to be found near our area and people crowded our area all night. I’ve got more to say, but you get the point. Be glad this “experience” wasn’t being charged to my card, because I would be disputing the charge after last night. **EDIT** just woke up to this text, how lovely.

i was enjoying the show on may 3rd and the show was wonderful, until a drone out of nowhere hit me and got me good, left a good 3 gashes in my left shoulder. If they have drones flying they need to be responsibly flown and not flying so low it can hit the crowd. I also wasn’t the only one that was hit by this drone, was multiple people.

Wow, I had such an awesome and memorable first time at the Skydeck for the Halloween party with DJ Borgore! When we got there we did not have to wait in line. The staff were respectful and courteous to all of us. The view from the VIP portion was, as you can see in my videos, roomy with couches and chairs. There was practically zero wait for drinks there as well! I will definitely come back!

Loved the venue on Skydeck. Great views for great shows.
