New Hope Inn & Suites Concerts

Ridiculously overpriced for the level/quality of accomodations. I feel completely cheated and the pictures online of this establishment are deceptive, in which the rooms and amenities look much nicer than they actually are. The booking site I used even provided a false address prior to booking, so I thought the location was much closer to the area I was booking for than it actually is. Stray hairs in the "clean" towels, drain in tub didn't work properly allowing shower water to pool, not even a bar of soap in the room to wash my hands. The beds are comfortable, the lady attending to the breakfast bar is delightful, the breakfast was mediocre, what you'd find in a days inn o comparable motel. The courtyard with pool is cute, but again, the basic rooms here should not be priced over $200 a night.

We had a pretty good experience during our stay. We were impressed by the bar/lobby and the outdoor amenities even though everything was closed- we agreed the pool and bar were probably a great time in the summer. The rooms were OKAY. You can tell they’re trying to update them. Our shampoo/conditioner was open and used in the bathroom but we didn’t complain because we didn’t plan on using them anyways. But still… pretty unacceptable. The beds were comfortable and things were pretty clean. The heating unit clicked all night so we turned it off. Breakfast in the morning was actually super impressive! A ton of options and very well stocked and cleanliness was top notch. BUT I made a bagel and walked away to grab juice and the staff worker walked over to the finished bagel, complained under her breath about us and threw away my bagel. We confronted her and she very annoyingly said no one was near it so she tossed it. It was only us and another couple in the restaurant so she could have at least asked if it was ours before assuming someone was wasting food. She also was very rude to an older couple about their waffles. She was an extremely rude staff member and just kept talking about us all to herself while we were standing there. That was my biggest complaint - how ignorant she was. All of the other staff was great. I would recommend this hotel in the end, just expect a more “motel” feel for the rooms and maybe be aware during breakfast time lol

Great location. Did check in in a flash. Parking was just outside of our room. Breakfast server was a little grumpy and rude but the rest was fine. Planning to visit again…

Our room was clean, smelled good, was pet friendly and the beds and bedding were ultra comfortable. For the price and location you really can’t beat it. It’s was winter but I imagine when the summer comes around and the pool and tennis court are open it’s even nicer. We were pleasantly surprised and the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to and get information from as well about local happenings. We waited too long to book a place and this was the only one that had a few vacancies but I’m glad because otherwise we wouldn’t have discovered how nice this place is.

If you like fire safety and health violations this is the place! Hubby and I wanted a relaxing weekend getaway, and booked this place for it's location and more specifically the whirlpool tub suite. Walked in to find 1. Two smoke detectors on the TV console (one with batteries poking out) 2. Dirty and worn carpets/walls/floors 3. Debris and dirt in the bed 4. A large brown-red stain on the wall 5. Non-working lights and bathroom fan 6. Torn furniture 7. Said whirlpool tub caked with mildew and rust/lime around the spouts. I wouldn't pay $50 for this place much less the $220 we were charged. Went to the desk and the clerk was kind and apologetic, and we were offered a couple choices. It being after 4 we chose to take a different room and a discount (which we did receive). The room was...better, marginally. Still clearly worn and of questionable cleanliness but we were tired and frustrated. Spoke to management the next day who did apologize but also tried to make excuses 'mistakes happen' and brushed me off when I tried to show him the pictures we'd taken. This wasn't 'a mistake'. This place is clearly suffering from a pattern of neglect, which is sad because you can tell it used to be quite nice.
