Mahalia Jackson Theater for the Performing Arts Concerts 2025

Want a little bit of culture? Attend ANY event New Orleans Ballet Association (NOBA) is hosting! I attended NOBA’s Swan Lake Ballet in early March. It was beautiful. That was my first ballet. It was beautifully told. I decided to bring my mother with me to the event.

Great place. Watched Nikki Glaser perform there and it was awesome. The place is comfortable and in a beautiful area of NOLA

Mahalia Jackson Theater is a very nice venue in Louis Armstrong park. We find the theater is lovely and attracts a very widely diverse selection of entertainment. It is easy to access from anywhere in the city and the theater has ample parking. The seating is nice and the view is decent from anywhere in the huge building.

Tulane University graduation, college is what it used to be. Many of the awards were participation trophies and the faculty handed themselves about 15 different awards. More than the students received.

The staff were all really nice. Wish they had better snack options. Theatre was gorgeous. Eat before you come here lol.
