Really nice facility! Got seats higher up for a pelicans game and still had a really good view. And they’ve got a screen in the middle so even if you aren’t able to see the court you’ve got all the action right in front of you. It has some good dining options too, a mix between New Orleans Staples and traditional chicken pizza dogs. I’d say don’t worry about which seats you get, the experience is worth it

Final Lakers 124 NOLA 108! Pelicans definitely know how to entertain!! Got suite tickets. Rooms were very nice, and the seats were comfortable! Really good view! Was able to get through the doors and to my suite pretty quickly once doors opened. Staff was very helpful.

Right from the get go we were greeted with a smile and someone was helping us. My friend is handicapped. We were concerned about getting around in the facility while we were there. Turned out to be no problem. We were greeted at the entrance by someone who helped us get around. The helpful lady got us to our seats. It didn’t matter where we were in the building, someone was always helping us making our day better. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a sporting event around the country.

I was here for the Celtics game and it was my first experience here. I definitely enjoys myself and though the game turned to a blowout I can see myself coming back for me. Prices weren’t bad and it seems like the Pels have a real home in NO. Can’t wait to do it again.

Great time at the Pelicans vs Milwaukee Bucks game. Nice people and cheerleaders. Already planning for next year's visit to see the Pelicans play. I had a wonderful time. Perfect atmosphere 👍🏾💯🥰
