Hard Rock Hotel New York Concerts 2024

Great hotel to stay at. Super close to time square and big bus tour pick-up location. A quick walk to anything (in an NYC manner). Close to Broadway locations, Central Park, and Juniors restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet rooms. Rooftop bar was a fun evening place to hang when walked out. One thing we were not impressed with was the dinner food one night, very expensive, not overly good and do not get a lot. Overall, we’d go back for sure. You can eat anywhere. Thanks for the great stay!

I had a wonderful stay here! Everything from check-in to departure was handled with friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy. The bell man crew was awesome, taking care of any luggage or taxi needs I had with style and class. The young lady that checked me in and out at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to interact with, having an infectious smile! The bar and restaurant Sessions was perfectly on point as well. Thank you to the whole crew for making my stay one that I will surely repeat! 🙂👍👍

Absolutely loved my stay at Hard Rock Cafe in April 2024. Staff were very attentive, rooms were clean and very good view of Times Square. The cleaners went above and beyond when cleaning our room, due to it being so close to Times Square, it is very hustle and bustle all the time outside. Ice cream and a pizza shop next door which always seemed to be open too which is very convenient after a long day on your feet. We tried to go to the rooftop bar twice, but didn't go as it constantly looked like a nightclub vibe/atmosphere which put us off. Upon checking out we had a few hours to waste so had some lovely Mezcal Cocktails to pass the time. I cannot comment on the food/restaurant as we didn't go.

I love coming here. The hotel always smells good. The rooms are near and clean. I love the artwork and music that plays throughout the hotel. The staff is always pleasant. It's in Times Square, so you know it's super super crowded, but once you enter the door, everything changes. I hate paying NY prices, but it's definitely my go-to place when I visit my hometown.

I usually don't like to post bad reviews but the bar at this hotel completely RUINED my NY trip! I'm sure the hotel and rooms are wonderful because I found the front desk agent and door man extremely helpful and polite. However, once reaching the hotel bar, I was greeted with angry expressions and snarky remarks by the host, saying that I'd be lucky to find a seat at the bar after refusing me patio service... There was plenty of room at the bar area so I sat down and then I was told by the male bartender that he couldn't help me and to move down the bar to be served. Still I persisted because I walked 20 minutes from my hotel to come to this recommended spot. The only good thing about this bar was the female bartender who was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the drinks she was making.... Despite the long wait time (almost 15 minutes to order) she actually made my experience here worth it. But would I visit again? Hell no! As someone who works in the hospitality industry I am disgusted how awful I've seen the staff treat their customers here. I will not be recommending this spot to my friends or any of our future customers at the 5 star hotel bar I work at in Toronto.
