Love the small size and the seating. The seating does give short or tall people some advantage in viewing the stage. Seats are a little small, but they all are honestly. Saw Stereophonic (4/4/24) and it was pretty great

I really liked this theatre. The only downfall is the intermission queues. Lines for the bar and the bathrooms intertwine and it is very confusing. The stage view is very nice. Fun fact, for Stereophonic, they use 31 white stage lights above the stage.

Cute little theatre. We went there to see the play The Shark is Broken. Great play! Really, we loved it. It was funny and touching and lots of fun. Great actors and a great script, taking you behind the scenes of one of Hollywood's greatest films. We bought rush tickets on the morning of the show, and got front row tickets for a great price. The place itself is very nice.

Orchestra seating is pretty good (except for far left and right for Stereophonic) but seats in rear mezz are just way too high up.
Great little theater. Even with a seat 3 rows up from the back, the view is solid and the sound excellent. I saw The Shark is Broken today (which I highly recommend) and it was quite pleasant. That said, not sure if this is Off-broadway, but the seats are petty small as expected in a Broadway show. If you're larger or have broad shoulders, your arms will be as uncomfortable as a JetBlue flight. The process times to get you from queue to seat is fast. The bathrooms are small but easy to access. Just get to them before the rush. There is a bar near the bathrooms.
