I mean if you have never been there, it can be a tiny bit difficult to find it. There isn't anything that says terminal 5 on it, and it does have a run downish vibe. There are 3 bars on the first floor, and 2 on the top. The bathrooms are kept basically clean. The bartenders are nice, and one was super cute (lol) there is a standing area, and upstairs there are seats on two sides with a railing but I was able to find a spot to lean. It is a good place to go for a concert. And the lighting at the show I was at was great. I love that they have monitors that show the stage while the artists are playing.

Visited here with a wheelchair user for a gig. Staff were all excellent. Got us in first, into a separate section, fetched the rest of us chairs, and were generally lovely, helpful, and friendly. A note for non-US visitors, bring your passport if you want to have a drink - UK Driving Licence not sufficient to prove you’re over 21 :-D

Went here for the first time to see Ministry and Gary Numan. Three amazing levels give you the opportunity to watch the show away from throngs of people. Bathrooms are really nice for a large venue. They have coat check. Didn't drink so no info on that, but they have bars on each level.

Solid venue for GA show. I saw Run The Jewels perform for 4 nights in a row. Waited early the first night, but that wasn’t necessary as you could just walk up to the front of the pit at anytime if you wanted to. Fine sound / ventilation. Free water. No complaints.

There's a lot of opinions out there about terminal 5 but I'm going to provide some current notes, to give an Idea of what it was like to come to this venue in March of 2024 in need of Ada seating. Security outside was kind enough to notice my disability and point me in the direction nearest us to get inside with minimal walking. We were politely guided to our seats by security, who brought us up a back elevator to minimize crowd contact. Kudos on the forward thinking! The real clincher? They actually enforced the law like every venue is supposed to. When someone meandered over intoxicated, enticed by the potential of an open bar stool, it wasn't left up to me to explain that they couldn't take a seat there and look like a jerk. Security shooed them away and, I must admit, I was dang impressed by this, since no other venue recently has particularly bothered to. So, thank you, terminal 5 for providing me a spot to see tonight (for once), good sound and a fun night. ✌️
