7 Clans First Council Casino Hotel Concerts 2024-2025

Spent a long weekend here with the grandkid. The water park is outstanding. Well maintained. Excellent staff (life guards). Very observant of the kids. Had the bunk bed suite. Great for the kids. It can hold two adults too. Room was great. Bathroom could use additional counter space. My only whine!!! Great stay. Wife loved the casino $$$$$$)

Spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff, and open clean lobby/breakfast area. And who could forget about the water park. We loved it all. Children ages 3-9 not only had my supervision but there were many attentive lifeguards watching over. I personally did not gamble at the Casino attached, but my brother did and he enjoyed the crowd, game options, drinks and food. Great family fun.

Rooms are big and nice. Staff are so good shoutout to Betty I think was her name she works at the arcade she was the sweetest and pool was clean and nice lifeguards

This was my 2nd time here. My 5yo Granddaughter and I went for a few days. The staff is amazing at this hotel. The Front desk it was Cash and Dorothy, they were amazing! Customer service at it's finest. Greg helped us out with a fridge and microwave which was greatly appreciated. House keeping staff were awesome as well. We enjoyed Chuck(he remembered us from 6 months ago), Rhea and Peyton. Ashley at the snack bar could not have been nicer. My only minor complaint was that the pool was a lil cold the first day(March 18th). My Granddaughter's lips were purple but she still had fun. The next day(March 19th) the pools were much warmer and we had a blast. I think the rooms could have been a lil cleaner, the bathroom floor had some kind of film on it and the furniture had not been dusted for awhile. But, over all our stay was amazing! We will definitely be back. Thank You Everyone Was Amazing!

First day of Spring Break and there was only one employee checking people in. I felt bad for him as the line was winding through the lobby, but he handled it well. The room very clearly had not been cleaned. There were empty plastic bottles under the bunk beds, a pair of fingernail clippers and a charging port on the floor, used napkins on the beds and under the pillows, and not a single drop of body wash in the dispenser in the shower. The water park was fun, which is the reason we came, but we should have just gone for the day as we did not feel all that comfortable in sleeping in an obviously unclean room.
